Kara Forster leads the Maxme Programs team and holds qualifications in career development, training and assessment, communications and stakeholder engagement. She has experience delivering large-scale corporate L&D programs, secondary-school based programs in careers and Vocational Education and Training, industry-based graduate programs for private and public sector, as well as extensive public sector experience leading community engagement initiatives for major projects.
